How long does a project take?

The duration of the project will depend on its complexity. For a typical one-page site, it could take approximately 1-2 weeks, taking into account the complexity of the design. However, for larger projects, the timeline can extend to several months to ensure thorough completion.

Who pays for hosting, domain, etc.?

This will depend on your preference. Most clients prefer to have these costs included as operational costs (along with additional maintenance costs), which I would charge to you. However, if you prefer to manage your own hosting and domain, we can certainly make arrangements accordingly.

How does the payment work? What's the rate?

The rate will depend on the complexity of the project. Typically, my rate ranges from $10 to $15 per hour. However, we can also discuss the possibility of a one-time payment. For a single page on a static site, the cost would be between $150 and $200, depending on the complexity of the page. Payment methods available include PayPal, Gcash, and Direct Bank Transfer.
